Lightly zinc coated gabion box

 

Gabion box is the gabion which are woven by the hexagonal mesh, the diameter’ thickness depends on the mesh size, the dia. Is between 2.0mm to 4.0mm if the material is zinc coated, while the dia will be 3.0mm to 4.5mm if the material is PVC-coated wire, the selvage wire dia usually is one gauge thicker than the body wire diameter. 

Zinc coated gabion box can be divided into Heavy zinc coated gabion box  and Lightly zinc coated gabion box.

The gabion box is divided into cells by means of diaphragms positioned at approximately 1m centers.

Wire: 2.0-4.0mm

Mesh: 60×80mm, 80×100mm, 100×120mm, 100×150mm, 120×150mm

PVC coating thickness: 0.4-1.2mm

Hot dip galvanized can reach 300g/m2
